Rich was awesome in helping us get a new loan for a big purchase. He explained every part of the process thoroughly and knew exactly what we needed from the beginning (with a detailed list which helped us keep all in line). Rich is willing to meet in person which we appreciated greatly, although most paperwork can be done electronically if that is one’s preference.
