I would like to say that Rich made the refinance for my wife and I as easy as it could get. We had an extremely stressful and failed refinance attempt with a previous broker that went on for six or seven months and made us shutter at the thought of trying to refinance again. Rich was able to refinance a super jumbo in two months with nothing more than a wave of a magic wand it seemed.
